Top 5: Vince McMahon’s recruits to take out Triple H and his men

Cody Rhodes

Reports leaking out of the WWE Headquarters suggest that Vince McMahon might make his return to the WWE ring in order to wrestle back the control of the company from the hands of his son-in-law Triple H.

Over the past couple of months, Triple H has established himself as the authoritative heel figure, which has always been Vince McMahon’s virtue. With things heating up left, right and center, WWE needs to bank upon the corporate saga and with Survivor Series just around the corner, we might be looking at a traditional Survivor Series Elimination match between the teams of the two top dogs in WWE.

In one corner will be Triple H’s assassins, which include the likes of The Shield, Randy Orton and Big Show (forcefully, but still there).

In this article, we focus on the wrestlers, who can be recruited by Vince McMahon as a part of his army.

Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes – Revenge on his mind

Cody Rhodes is on a comeback trail. The guy was unduly fired from WWE after he lost a match. And since then, he and his family have been continuously ridiculed by the people in power, namely, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

It is only natural for a guy like him to retaliate in the most powerful manner. And what can be more powerful in the industry than aligning self to Vincent Kennedy McMahon?

He is not half bad in the ring as well. His potential is only coming to light and this might be the perfect opportunity for him to prove his worth to the WWE Creative Team, which has not been able to book him in meaningful feuds over the past year or so.

Christian

Christian

Christian – Will be back with more ‘Charisma’

Christian, who suffered a minor injury in his match against Randy Orton can make his return to the ring as a part of Vince McMahon’s team.

The storyline certainly favours Christian over others as he was a superstar who was injured by one of the members on the opponent team.

If he is fully fit, he can work well within the ring and can be one of the early eliminations from the match, which, in turn will set further storylines for the veteran.

Christian, at this age, cannot pursue wrestling as a career for long. Therefore, he needs to put younger superstars. And there are three very talented youngsters in the opposite team, who will happily accept this feud.

Mark Henry

Mark Henry

Mark Henry – Big man’s final stand

Power for power move, this one. Mark Henry joining Vince McMahon’s team will be a direct answer to Big Show’s inclusion in Triple H’s squad.

Mark Henry has not been involved in a major feud since his WWE Championship bout against John Cena. Also, he turned face after that PPV, and was eventually taken out by The Shield. So, the revenge factor is certainly there.

Aligning himself with Vince McMahon will provide him a stage for making the perfect bow out of the industry, as he is already planning his retirement.

He, however, will not be the one to steal the show.

Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan – Yes! He will do it

Yes! Yes! Yes!

The man in contention to become the face of the company will finally get a well-equipped team in his battle with the corporation.

How Vince McMahon gets him on board with the idea remains to be seen, but surely, he will be a major focal point for the team.

Probably, Vince McMahon could promise him a shot at the WWE Championship, if Bryan helps Vince get one over Triple H.

No matter what the storyline is, with his history against Triple H, Randy Orton and Shield, he becomes the ideal pick for Vince McMahon.

He is one of the best workers in WWE and can put up a great match at any given time. WWE will surely bank upon this.

Yes! Yes! Yes!

The Undertaker

Undertaker Return

The Undertaker – The ‘Phenom’ will rise again

Lights will go out, gong will be heard and The Undertaker will return, albeit for his final extended run in the WWE.

Earlier this year, The Undertaker was written off the screen after an attack by the Shield. It only makes sense for him to return and punish the Shield for their sins.

A lot has been said about his return to the ring and his final run with the WWE before he retires at WrestleMania 30. There is no better way to begin that run than performing at the show where he made his debut.

If the man is match-fit, he can work an astounding match with absolutely anyone, such is his skill.

Plus, if WWE is to build his final run, he needs to get a head start, which a match of this magnitude will certainly provide him with.

He can join hands with Vince McMahon to save WWE from the malpractices of the power couple. Also, it could be revealed that the Shield took out Undertaker on orders of Triple H, therefore, providing a finishing touch to the storyline.

The ‘Deadman’ will rise, yet again…
