#3 Major change being planned for SmackDown Superstar Lars Sullivan

It is clear that Vince McMahon is very high on Lars Sullivan. As per a recent report, it is being said that McMahon is looking to give a major push to Lars Sullivan and make him a top star on SmackDown.

Though it is evident that WWE wants to make Sullivan a big name on SmackDown, his current character seems to be very one dimensional. Dave Meltzer of WON has noted that WWE is planning some interesting changes for Sullivan to give him an edge.

One of the changes discussed is changing his name from Lars Sullivan to The Freak.

While they did use the name Sullivan, it's very clear they are trying to put over the name The Freak, which Cole said over and over and over, while only saying Sullivan a few times. It's what they do when the plan is to transition the name.

While a name change might help create buzz around the SmackDown Superstar, what Sullivan truly needs is a long feud with an established Superstar.
