Since her heel turn, Stratus has taken credit for starting WWE's Women's Evolution. But it hasn't sat well with another WWE Hall of Famer who believes she's the reason for women's wrestling being where it is today.

Madusa, known in WWE as Alundra Blayze, has taken exception with Stratus' comments on social media as of late. Who went as far as to say that Stratus set the women's division back and turned it into a sideshow when she was on top of the company.

A match between Stratus and Madusa would undoubtedly be intriguing for many, but there's no word on if WWE wants to do anything with it.

But before we can even worry about a potential return for Madusa, Stratus needs to worry about her current rivalry with Becky Lynch first.

This Saturday night, Trish Stratus will have her first singles match since SummerSlam 2019, when she faced and lost to Charlotte Flair in Toronto.

While many think this might be a one-and-done for the WWE Hall of Famer, we wouldn't be surprised if the company wants to stretch this rivalry out.

Original reports suggested that a match between Stratus and Lynch was planned for SummerSlam. If that's still the case, this will likely be the next chapter in the rivalry between these two women on the road to WWE's second-biggest show of the year.
