#3 Jinder Mahal
The man who was supposed to be the Beast Master at Survivor Series 2017, the former WWE Champion, the Modern Day Maharaja, Jinder Mahal, has been directionless on RAW. I hope he switches to SmackDown Live in the 2019 Superstar Shake-up.
Nevertheless, he is expected to stay on RAW at least until WrestleMania. His last feud was with Roman Reigns after which WWE Creative punished him by transforming him back into a jobber.
However, WWE needs a mid-card heel right now, and thus they may push Jinder Mahal once again. They can kick off his push by having him take Seth Rollins to the limit on the Road to WrestleMania 35.
WWE can use the same reason - Heyman offering Mahal a few bucks to beat the heck out of Seth Rollins on RAW and have Jinder clash with the Architect. This could help both Rollins and Mahal emerge as winners (Rollins would win the match, Mahal would get some much-needed TV time).
