WWE is in a strange spot where the audience just tends to rebel against the men and women that they want to push all the way to the top. A clear case in point is Roman Reigns, whom the WWE Universe never accepted until recently and yet another one is someone Becky Lynch knows quite well in Seth Rollins, her partner.
Becky Lynch is unique because she's one of those performers that the WWE Universe loves wholeheartedly even though she has been positioned as a top star by the company. Maybe because she was pushed only after they got behind her and maybe because she has an 'edge' that a lot of other performers do not, Becky Lynch is the most popular star in the company, male or female.
So, maybe WWE is putting her in a position where she goes on to break one record after another, maybe even crossing the whole 434-day streak that CM Punk is best known for, putting Lynch in a league of her own.
