Lawsuits and the WWE have always gone hand-in-hand. To minimize legal damage, the company has adopted a much more cautious approach over the past few years. Case in point, the banning of Seth Rollins’ finisher ‘The Curb Stomp’. Vince McMahon and the rest of his team felt that because of how easy it was, it would be imitated by kids and create legal trouble for the WWE.
