#3 Sting

The dream match
The dream match

The Undertaker vs Sting is a dream match whichever way you look at it. Sting might’ve announced his retirement from in-ring competition but that doesn’t mean it can’t happen. We have the ‘never say never’ rule in the wrestling business and it applies to this dream match as well.

Neither Sting nor Undertaker is anywhere near their primes, that is true. But rather than riding on in-ring performances, this match would be focused on the emotions. WWE could book it as a double farewell match for these legends, and in the process, double the emotional quotient of the whole outing.

They could also film the match in a cinematic manner as well, much like they did when AJ Styles face The Undertaker in a Boneyard Match. Their encounter would not need to depend on the athletic prowess of either Superstar then. It would also make sure that their classic was something to remember.

Despite all these mouth-watering prospects though, this is still the least possible ending that Undertaker would have for his career.

#2 John Cena

Undertaker at WrestleMania is something that eludes Cena

John Cena has done it all in WWE. He has been reigning as the promotion's franchise player for more than a decade now. But one thing that still eludes him is a proper match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania.

WWE did book the match with Undertaker at WrestleMania 34, but it was still just a short match where The Deadman steamrolled Cena as if it were nothing. It was not the classic match that the WWE Universe has wanted from the two Superstars.

Given that the Undertaker has shown that he is still more than capable in the ring, this could be a good decision for a match.

The drawing power of Cena is still strong and with Undertaker on his side, the match would have no trouble selling tickets. As far as the result is concerned, WWE giving Cena a win would be understandable as he still has a couple of good years ahead of him.

The Undertaker would also be able to retire after an excellent and memorable match as well if they faced each other.

#1 Seth Rollins

Talent puts Rollins in the list
Talent puts Rollins in the list

Seth Rollins is one of those rare gems in the current roster that is sure to be a future Hall of Famer. He might be less experienced in terms of years in WWE compared to other Superstars on the list, but what puts Rollins on top is his talent.

Rollins has a lengthy career ahead of him and his brilliance as a heel character is worth noting. As The Undertaker is bound to be treated as a babyface for his last match, Rollins on the other side as a legend-killer heel works perfectly on a number of different levels.

Rollins has the talent to carry opponents as well, and the age factor of The Undertaker would be canceled out due to this.
