#2 Shane McMahon takes the leap of faith.
Shane McMahon is the epitome of extreme. He is a man who has a career full of extreme moments.
At this year’s Wrestlemania he was put up against the Undertaker by his father Vince McMahon. Two 45+ year olds going at it like they were still in their prime is something we don’t see everyday. Even though Shane ‘O Mac was out for half a decade, he fought like he was still in the Attitude Era.
Both men put up a solid match. During the match, Shane set Undertaker up on an announce table and started to climb the Cell!
The chants of “Shane don’t do it” and “Shane please stop” echoed all around the building.
The worst part though, was that Shane’s family was sitting in the front row. Yet, he made the climb and got ready to hit a flying elbow from all the way on top of the Hell in a Cell.
The fans were in shock and so were the millions watching from home. The prodigal son made the leap of faith but the Deadman moved out of the way. Shane went directly through the table. Everyone in the building was shocked, including the Undertaker.
Medics were called to check in on Shane but they backed off when he tried to get up. The Deadman duly won the match but Shane had stole the show.
A stretcher was called out and he was then taken backstage. On the way though, he let his fans know that he was alright by giving a thumbs up. What a man!
