Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jey Uso - WWE Universal Championship match at Clash Of Champions (contd...)
Uso sent Reigns outside and hit a huge dive into the barricades and got control of the match. Jey hit a crossbody and got a near fall. Usos tried for another pin but Reigns kicked out at Clash of Champions.
Reigns took down Uso for another near fall and it was getting tense. Roman went for the spear but Jey dodged it. Jey hit the superkick and got the frogsplash in but Reigns kicked out of it still.

The kickout apparently ended in a low blow to Jey and he as down. Reigns recovered and hit a spear but then hesitated as he kept taunting his cousin. Reigns threatened Jey before hitting another spear but Jey refused to admit Reigns was the 'tribal cheif'.
Heyman tried to calm Reigns down but Roman unloaded on Jey. The referee stopped him but Reigns threatened him too. Jimmy Uso was out and wanted to throw in the towel for his brother but Jey told him not to.
Reigns kept hitting him and Jimmy called for the bell before he got Reigns to back off and he left Clash of Champions after retaining his title.
Result: Roman Reigns def. Jey Uso to retain the WWE Universal Championship

Clash of Champions: Gold Rush had a slow start but the last few matches as well as the return of Banks were the highlights of the night. Big Show, Christian, Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair returned for the WWE title match and the main event was worth the wait.
