Elimination Chamber is WWE's second stop on the Road to WrestleMania, which is also the penultimate stop before the company lands in New Jersey in April. The show set up a number of interesting feuds heading into the biggest event of the year since it saw three new Champions crowned.

Whilst the storylines heading into WrestleMania are obviously the most important things coming out of the show at present, there were also a number of interesting stats that should be included in any conversation when it comes to the show overall.

Elimination Chamber may have only included seven matches, but there was still enough action to create some interesting statistics that every WWE fan should be aware of.

#5 The Usos become the first ever four-time SmackDown Tag Team Champions

The Usos defeated The Miz and Shane McMahon at Elimination Chamber, despite many fans wondering whether or not Jimmy and Jey would be successful since Jimmy was arrested earlier in the week and the company perhaps wouldn't have wanted to reward the group with Championships following this.

Interestingly, The Usos were still able to pick up their fourth SmackDown Tag Team Championship belts, the duo is the first superstars to lift these titles on four occasions, and this now makes them six-time Tag Team Champions overall.

The Usos will now walk into SmackDown Live tonight knowing that The Miz and Shane McMahon will be looking for a rematch after The Miz dedicated the match to his wife, father, child and unborn baby and then failed to deliver. Miz seemed to freak out because of this and was sent home by Shane McMahon after the match, so the fall out could be interesting.

Ronda Rousey has had quite the run in WWE over the past year since the Raw Women's Champion still remains undefeated on WWE TV. Rousey was able to defeat Ruby Riott at Elimination Chamber on Sunday night, which means that the former UFC Champion is now 15-0 in televised singles matches after defeating the likes of Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Bayley Nia Jax, Natalya, and Charlotte Flair.

Of course, Rousey went on to defeat Riott for a second time on Raw the following night, which means that she is now 16-0. Charlotte Flair still holds the record for most consecutive pay-per-view wins for a female with 16, whilst Rousey is currently on nine and is bearing down on the record that has been held by The Queen for more than three years.

#3 Jeff Hardy's long wait

Jeff Hardy was part of the Elimination Chamber match at the pay-per-view of the same name on Sunday night, and interestingly this was the first time in more than a decade that Hardy was given a shot at the WWE Championship.

Even though Hardy has been back in WWE for almost two years, his last shot at the title came back in February 2009 as part of the Elimination Chamber match at No Way Out. Hardy was unsuccessful in his quest for gold at the Chamber, but it appears that he will continue to push for the WWE Championship, a title he has already held once in his career.

Daniel Bryan's victory at Elimination Chamber means that he joins Triple H, Edge and John Cena as the only superstars in WWE history who have won inside the Chamber more than once.

The Women's Tag Team Championships were finally unveiled at Elimination Chamber and it was Bayley and Sasha Banks who were able to outlast their five opponents to become the new Champions, despite starting the match alongside Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose.

The addition of the Women's Tag Team Championships means that the women now have more active Championships in WWE than ever before, these include the SmackDown and Raw Women's Championships, the NXT and NXT UK Women's Championships and now the Women's Tag Team Championships which will be defended over all three brands in WWE.

It was announced on Raw last night that Banks and Bayley would even be heading over to NXT to defend their titles against the up and coming stars in the developmental division.

This is also the first time in WWE history that three Tag Team Championships are active at the same time (Raw, SmackDown and Women's) this jumps to five if NXT and NXT UK Tag Team Championships are included.

#1 First pay-per-view without The Shield in more than six years

Elimination Chamber has seen some interesting matches over the years, including the three on three tag team match between The Wyatt Family and The Shield at the show back in 2014, which is considered to be one of the greatest matches in Elimination Chamber history.

Interestingly, last night's show didn't feature any of the three original Shield members for the first time in more than six years. Dean Ambrose is focused on his upcoming WWE departure, Seth Rollins is currently dealing with a back injury and Roman Reigns has been sidelined since October as he continues his battle with leukaemia.

The Shield has been such a huge part of WWE over the past few years that Elimination Chamber is the first pay-per-view event since Royal Rumble 2013 that failed to feature any of the original members of the team.
