Samoa Joe (c) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. R-Truth vs. Andrade - Fatal 4-Way match for the United States Championship

Joe retained his title after an eventful match

Samoa Joe dominated the match early on and hit a suicide dive on all three opponents. Truth caught Joe by the feet while Andrade kicked him into the stairs. Mysterio hit a Hurricanrana on Truth and Andrade at the same time off the ropes. Joe hit a double lariat on Truth and Mysterio claiming back his momentum.

Andrade and Mysterio were in the ring and the veteran was in trouble before R Truth came in with a kick to the face of Andrade. The match went outside and Vega and Carmella got into a fight with each other. Back in the ring, Truth hit a 5 Knuckle Shuffle on Joe but failed to capitalize. Mysterio hit a 619 on Joe but the champ locked in the Coquina Clutch making Rey pass out.

Result: Samoa Joe def. Rey Mysterio, R-Truth & Andrade to retain the United States Championship
