As of this writing, Bobby Lashley is not scheduled for a match at WWE Fastlane. He is set to defend the WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 37 next month. However, that has not stopped Lashley from discussing a potential match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. It is the one in-ring battle that fans have eagerly anticipated ever since both these names signed with WWE.

In his recent interviews, Lashley talked about facing McIntyre and Lesnar. He even entertained the idea of a triple-threat match between these Superstars. Lashley did mention that he wants to face The Beast Incarnate before he gets too old. Lesnar’s returns have been kept secret before, and the creative can surprise us with his return at WWE Fastlane to kickstart a final feud.

Lesnar quietly distanced himself from the squared circle after putting over Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania. That feud proved how much effort Lesnar puts in when he is invested in the storylines. If Lesnar returns, the creative will have an opportunity to bring Lesnar’s run with the promotion to a full circle. That said, Paul Heyman has a found a new client in Roman Reigns. The creative will have to find a way around that, especially if Lesnar has a message for Lashley.
