Huge name confirmed for the Royal Rumble match, major update on possible suprises

It’s all vs One for the WWE World Heavyweight Champion

This week’s RAW saw the Royal Rumble landscape for 2016 change manifold as Brock Lesnar made his return and stamped his authority, by first clearing out half of the roster, and then going on to lay out Reigns with an F5.

Post these events, Brock Lesnar is now officially in the Royal rumble match and has his eyes firmly set on winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Roman Reigns. Brock Lesnar becomes the 29th superstar to be advertised for the match.

The other 28 wrestlers are are given below:

  1. Roman Reigns

  3. Big E
  4. Xavier Woods
  5. Kalisto
  6. Dean Ambrose
  7. Bray Wyatt
  8. Erick Rowan
  9. Luke Harper
  10. Braun Strowman
  11. Brock Lesnar
  12. Big Show
  13. Chris Jericho

With Kalisto winning the U.S. title, expect the new Champ to defend his title against Del Rio at the Rumble. This leaves three remaining spots for the potential surprise entrants. If all the names do end up appearing as advertised, then the number of nostalgic Rumble returns would be minimal this year.

There are no updates about the possible surprise entrants apart from the reports of AJ Styles being one of them, so stay tuned for more news on the same.
