What's the story?

WWE often push the boundaries on the fan experience, giving the WWE Universe something new every time a big PPV comes along.

This time, WWE's marketing team have designed cool Royal Rumble tickets that's a first for the company which could wow quite a few fans!

In case you didn't know...

This Sunday's Royal Rumble show is setting up to be an exciting one, with several high-profile matches apart from the two Royal Rumble matches.

AJ Styles will look to regain his WWE Championship when he faces off against Daniel Bryan, while Brock Lesnar will defend his Universal title against Finn Balor. Over on the women's side, Becky Lynch faces Asuka for the SmackDown women's title, while Sasha Banks has a shot at Ronda Rousey's RAW women's title.

The heart of the matter

This year's Royal Rumble collector ticket is pretty unique. The hologram-like ticket stub has a countdown from 3 to 1, which happens when the ticket is tilted. This is the first time WWE is using such a ticket stub, and we think we may see more of this in future PPVs.

We got a sneak peek of the Royal Rumble stage being built when a Twitter user posted pictures of the Chase Field being readied for WWE's first PPV of 2019. The venue will have a huge tron over the ring, while wrestlers will enter the arena from the dugout in the baseball stadium.

Royal Rumble will take place on 27th January at the Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.
