The Modern Day Maharaja laid down a pretty heavy challenge on SmackDown Live last week for Survivor Series. He wants to prove he's the biggest champion WWE.

During the opening moments of Raw this week Kurt Angle took the microphone to kick off the show. After being showered with "you still got it" chants, The Olympic Hero started to run down the card for Survivor Series.

This year's Survivor Series will be Raw vs SmackDown in a real battle of the brands. The Women's Champions will be facing each other as will the Tag Team Champions from each brand. The IC Champion, The Miz will face the US Champion, Baron Corbin. But Angle also announced probably the biggest matchup of all: Jinder Mahal and Brock Lesnar will indeed go head-to-head in Houston at Survivor Series.

This matchup is very exciting but really makes you wonder how WWE will book this one. We've got a couple ideas how they could pull it off. But it's important to never discount the unexpected because WWE is full of clever booking decisions that we just don't see coming.

Therefore Survivor Series will have a pretty epic encounter when 'The Modern Day Maharaja' takes on 'The Beast Incarnate in a champion vs champion battle for supremacy.

We've only got four weeks to build toward this match so it's logical to think that when Jinder Mahal and Brock Lesnar finally meet in the ring there will be plenty of fireworks. Let's just hope however WWE books this Survivor Series match they keep in account that both men need to be able to carry on and represent their respective rosters.

Survivor Series is going to be a huge show and even though it doesn't look like any titles will really be defended during the November Classic this year it doesn't make it any less exciting.
