More often than not in the past few months, John Cena’s social media teasers have remained just that and not elaborated. But that isn’t deterring him one bit. Take a look at the 38-year-old’s latest tweet:
The 15-time WWE World Champion has, by his own admission, rehabilitated his shoulder for over 350 hours, but that didn’t prove enough for another ‘science-defying’ return. Cena announced at a WrestleMania press conference that he would not be wrestling at this year’s extravaganza in Dallas.

The leader of the Cenation tore his right rotator cuff in a match against Alberto Del Rio around the dawn of the new year and his injury forced a huge shift in the WWE’s plans for WrestleMania 32.
Vince McMahon wanted Cena to face the Undertaker in a ‘Legends’ match, one that was supposed to be the Undertaker’s send-off. Try as he did, Cena couldn’t pull off one of his trademark early returns but that doesn’t disqualify a non-wrestling appearance or even a run-in.
Though it was reported that Cena’s recovery is ahead of schedule, he is not expected to wrestle before July.
