What’s the story?

Matt Hardy has taken to social media so as to tease that the Ultimate Deletion Match between him and Bray Wyatt could take place on tonight’s RAW.

Additionally, “Woken” Matt Hardy also alluded towards the return of several other members of the Broken/Woken Universe.

In case you didn’t know…

“Woken” Matt Hardy, has been involved in a feud against Bray Wyatt over the past several weeks.

As we had previously reported, the Ultimate Deletion Match between Hardy and Wyatt was filmed last week at the Hardy Family Compound in Cameron, North Carolina, with referee Shawn Bennett officiating the matchup, and former longtime TNA executive and, one of the Broken gimmick’s primary contributors Jeremy Borash, also present so as to help shoot the segment.

The heart of the matter

The WWE has referenced the Ultimate Deletion Match in its preview for tonight’s episode of RAW; alluding that the matchup could indeed air tonight.

In hot pursuit of the same, Hardy has taken to social media so as to summon his platoon i.e. members of the Broken/Woken Universe for “The Great War” against Bray Wyatt.

Hardy sent out a series of Tweets, indicating the return of Senor Benjamin, Vanguard1, King Maxel, Lord Wolfgang, Queen Rebecca, and Skarsgard. Fans can check out the series of posts below—

What’s next?

The latest edition of RAW (March 12th, 2018) takes place at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

Over the past few days, the vast majority of professional wrestling experts have confirmed that the WWE plans on bringing the Matt Hardy-Bray Wyatt feud to an end before WrestleMania 34, and instead use the duo potentially as a Tag Team at WrestleMania on April 8th.

Author’s take

Honestly speaking, the Great War between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt has been highly entertaining.

Nevertheless, given the great chemistry between the “Woken One” and “The Eater of Worlds”, perhaps they could rule the RAW brand’s Tag Team division as a rather unlikely, albeit dominant team, in the days to come.

The Ultimate Deletion Match is upon us. WWE Universe, brace yourselves.
