What’s the story?
Reby Hardy has taken to social media, to issue a rather intriguing response to Michael Cole’s comments about her son.
Cole made a reference to Reby’s younger son Wolfgang, which in turn seems to have sparked a discussion regarding the same among fans of the Hardy family.
In case you didn’t know…
It was during this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW that play-by-play commentator Michael Cole made a reference to RAW Tag Team Champion Matt Hardy’s younger son, Wolfgang Xander Hardy.
Cole referred to Wolfgang as a “bald-headed kid”, keeping in line with the trend of him making negative remarks about “Woken” Matt Hardy and the Hardy family.
The heart of the matter
Intriguingly, it was earlier this year that Michael Cole called Matt Hardy’s “Ultimate Deletion” Match with Bray Wyatt “obnoxious”, even apologizing to the WWE Universe for them having to watch the match.
The vast majority of professional wrestling experts believe that Cole’s comments against Hardy are simply a part of the WWE’s storylines, and don’t signify any real heat between Cole and the Hardys.
Nevertheless, in response to Cole’s latest remarks, this time around calling Wolfgang Hardy a “bald-headed child”, several fans questioned Wolfie’s mother Reby Hardy asking for her thoughts on the same.
In response to fans asking for the “Obsolete Mule” Michael Cole to be silenced, Reby issued a rather subtle retort—“Plans in motion”
Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt presently hold the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships.
Experts believe that the WWE is keen on gradually introducing more elements of Matt Hardy’s “Woken Universe” to the fans, something the WWE Universe can look forward to in the months to come.
Reby Hardy is not only a powerhouse in person, but also on social media.
Michael Cole ought to watch out for the wrath of the Hardy family matriarch, lest he rubs her the wrong way…Getting on Reby’s bad side has led many an “Obsolete Mule” to fade away and classify themselves as Obsolete.
