WWE Hall of Famer Booker T emphasized that he wanted Roman Reigns losing the WWE Universal Championship to feel like a significant moment during the Hall of Fame Podcast.

Breaking Vince Russo and Jim Cornette update HERE.
“For me, I’ve been talking about this for a minute now, to beat Roman Reigns you gotta really make that a moment," said Booker T. "I always say with moments, you only get a chance to have it one time and it goes away pretty much as far as these kind of situations. Undertaker’s streak being broken, stuff like that. For me, you look at Brock Lesnar. Could he be the guy? Of course."
“But for me, I’m looking to make somebody. I’m looking to make somebody in big fashion, in a huge way. And there again, man I look at that kid WALTER and I say he’s a star. He’s what wrestling is today." (H/T SeScoops)
#1 CM Punk showed WWE CEO Vince McMahon a fake draft of the "Pipe Bomb"
When CM Punk was given the opportunity to cut the "Pipe Bomb" in WWE, he was instructed to write a draft of the promo and get it approved by Vince McMahon. Punk admitted that he wrote a fake draft, which pleased the WWE Chairman, who instructed him to also make fun of Stephanie.
The former WWE Champion broached the subject during an interview with Sport1.
“I had to make an outline for Vince and I didn’t say anything I wrote in the outline, I just know that I needed him to agree and then I went out there and said whatever I wanted. I knew what I wanted to say, I knew I wasn’t stepping over the line and I knew nobody was going to be pissed at me," Punk said.
"The thing with live television is, it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. If I would have asked him to say all that stuff, he would have been like, ‘Don’t mention Brock, don’t mention Paul Heyman.’ Those guys, at the time, were persona non Grata. He would have been like, ‘What the hell is Ring of Honor? Don’t mention New Japan.’ I knew to make it the special piece of art that I wanted it to be, I had to go out there and say all of that,” added Punk.
