What's the story?

Over the past week, it's been revealed that Sasha Banks is somewhat upset with what's going on in the WWE. However, a recent Instagram post may put a stop to those stories.

In case you didn't know...

Sasha Banks and Bayley put their WWE Women's Tag Team Championship on the line at WrestleMania 35, facing off against the Divas of Doom, The IIconics, and Nia Jax & Tamina. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce would eventually pick up the win, ending the Boss 'n' Hug Connection's first reign at 49 days.

After this, rumors spread that Banks was extremely unhappy with the results of the match, and believed that she and Bayley were going to have a long run with the titles in order to better establish them. Reportedly, she tried to quit the company after the loss. Following this, and after she missed an appearance on the Wendy Williams Show, Banks would unfollow WWE on Twitter, instead following AEW.

Yesterday it came to light that it wasn't just Banks who was upset. Apparently she and Bayley voiced their displeasure with the decision a few times over the weekend. However, a recent picture posted by Banks may contradict these reports.

The heart of the matter

On Instagram, Banks posted a picture of herself, Bayley, and the new Tag Team Champions the IIconics. You can see that the Boss 'n' Hug Connection shared some tears prior to the photo being taken.

The two seem to be sharing a moment with Royce and Kay, which would cast some doubt on the idea that they had been throwing tantrums prior to the match taking place.

What's next?

It's unknown what exactly will happen with Banks over the next few weeks. Reportedly, both she and Bayley are upset with the company, and they could possibly be looking for a way out. We'll have to see how this situation plays out.
