What's the story?
WWE is an image-conscious company in the year 2019. And therefore Chyna, a worthy contender for the WWE Hall of Fame, had been left out of the elite club, because of her involvement in adult films.
To the delight of her fans worldwide, it was announced that D-Generation X with Chyna would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, first on ESPN and then on RAW. Triple H revealed in an interview with ESPN.com why she was inducted after being left out for so many years.

In 2015, Triple H was a guest on the Stone Cold podcast on the WWE Network. He was asked why Chyna, a deserving contender into the WWE Hall of Fame had not yet been inducted.
Triple H revealed that it was because of her involvement in adult films. The product has changed in recent times, and the company is a lot more family-oriented than it was back during the Attitude Era. Since then, fans have been clamouring to have her inducted, including her peers.
The heart of the matter
Triple H spoke about Chyna's induction during the interview, putting her over as a game changer. Thanks to NoDQ for the following quotes:
Look, people believe what they want to believe. When I said a few years ago on the Austin podcast, or show, or whatever you want to call it, there’s complexities around it. But absolutely, definitely deserves to be in there. It’d be tough to pick a female that was more impactful on the business. She did something that was completely so out of left field that it wasn’t even being considered when we first brought it up for her to come in.
Triple H then went on to mention that he was happy for her. He elaborated on her induction:
There’s more complexity to that than meets the eye, but here we are. I’m just happy that it’s here. I’m happy for her family, the people that she was close to, that hopefully this is super meaningful to them. I know it would be to her. It’s a great thing — very deserving.
