What's the story?

The WWE RAW Tag-Team Champions are a throwback to the era when tag-team wrestling was dominated by the likes of The Brainbusters.

Dash and Dawson are not only a throwback because of their wrestling styles but they are now teasing that they could bring back a beloved classic design of the tag-team titles.

In case you didn't know...

The Revival were regarded as one of the best tag-teams in the world during their time in NXT putting on instant classics against the likes of DIY and American Alpha. However, after moving to the main roster, things just didn't go their way.

After their RAW debut where they took out the New Day, Dash Wilder went down with an injury picked up at a live event, putting The Revival on the shelf.

When Wilder finally came back months late, it was Dawson's turn to go down with an injury.

Since then and until RAW earlier this week, The Revival have done nothing and have repeatedly lost to the likes of The B-Team and Lucha House Party.

However, on RAW earlier this week, Dash and Dawson beat Roode and Gable to finally win the RAW Tag-Team Championships, their first main roster titles.

The heart of the matter

After winning the RAW Tag-Team Championships earlier this week, Dash Wilder is teasing bringing back one of the classic tag-team title belts. You can check out his tweet below:

It will be interesting if they also change the title belts considering that Daniel Bryan replaced the WWE Championship belt with a more eco-friendly version recently.

What's next?

Despite what Wilder said on Twitter, I think that it's still very unlikely that WWE will replace the RAW Tag-Team title belts this soon after Daniel Bryan introduced a new version of the WWE Championship.
