Daniel Bryan winning the title was a surprise as most WWE pundits predicted Orton to walk out victorious. Frankly, that title change brought a relieving end to the PPV that otherwise didn’t match the standards WWE set up for PPVs this year.

Bryan’s win was pretty pre-mature in the storyline and nevertheless, there was an expected development that would deny him the Championship. Bryan won the match courtesy of a fast count from referee Scott Armstrong, though it wasn’t necessary.

Now that Bryan’s title has been stripped on RAW, we can expect Bryan’s fight to the top of the ladder as Triple H places roadblocks for him to overcome.
