WWE RAW 18/03/2013 Preview: Will we see The Rock on RAW?

WWE Presents WrestleMania XXVII

It remains to be seen whether The Rock will feature on RAW or not.

Last week’s RAW gave us a lot to speak about and a lot more to expect from tomorrow’s episode. With Brock Lesnar sending a stern message to Triple H by attacking the New Age Outlaws and CM Punk‘s blatant disrespect for the legendary Paul Bearer, a lot of issues seem unsettled. Here are a few reasons why you must catch Monday Night RAW tonight.

Triple H’s response to Brock

After landing some devastating F5s on the New Age Outlaws, Lesnar made it clear that he meant business with Triple H. He challenged Triple H to a fight with an unknown stipulation. Triple H will respond to Brock’s challenge this week on RAW and it is expected that Triple H will accept this challenge from Brock.

Can Punk get any lower?

CM Punk last week did something that no one expected a wrestler to do. Punk, apart from interrupting Undertaker’s tribute to Paul Bearer, also took the urn with him. Is there any lower that Punk can get? Has he done enough to intimidate the Dead Man? Will The Phenom fight back for his urn? RAW tonight will have the answers.

Wade Barrett facing the toughest challenge of his career?

Wade Barrett, the Intercontinental Champion is now looking at the toughest match of his career. He has to defend his Intercontinental Title in a Triple Threat match against the 9 time champion Jericho and The Miz. Will Jericho become the 10 time Intercontinental Champion? Will The Miz sneak a victory or will Barrett manage to retain the title?

Del Rio tops the Power Rankings

Del Rio, after defeating Cesaro in a match last week, has now reached the top of the Power Rankings on WWE.com. Even Swagger has gained a boost in his rankings after impressive victories over Jericho and Sin Cara. With both wrestlers showing their ability to not only win but dominate wrestlers inside the ring, it’ll be interesting to see what will happen between these two wrestlers on their build up to WrestleMania.

Will the WWE Champion be present on RAW?

Last week we neither saw the Champion nor the contender in what I must say was the most disappointing episode when the WWE title was concerned. Though John Cena‘s omission from the show was justified, not having to see the WWE Champion with only about 4 weeks left for WrestleMania was disheartening. However, this week we can expect twice the fire power from both these wrestlers as they will have a lot to say against each other, especially since they haven’t had the chance for close to two weeks now. But the big question that remains is whether The Rock will be present on RAW this week?

With a lot of unanswered questions and greater expectations, RAW this week is going to be one of the most exciting ones so far.
