Tonight's Monday Night Raw came in the wake of a huge announcement made by WWE regarding the WrestleMania 35 main event.

It was announced that the Women's triple threat match would be headlining The Show of Shows, in a first. Several wrestling personalities have shared their opinions on the announcement, congratulating the three women on making history.

Let's take a look at six things WWE ended up doing right on tonight's Monday Night Raw, with WrestleMania less than two weeks away.

#6 A scathing promo to kick off Raw

Ronda ripped on her opponents

Ronda Rousey came out to kick off the show. The Baddest Woman On The Planet took her time to begin, taking in the sea of boos.

Rousey began berating the fans, making sure to tell them that she was the sole reason why women are main eventing a WrestleMania for the first time. Becky interrupted Ronda to a sea of loud cheers. The Man didn't hold back on her words and stated that Ronda would go on to lose the title to her at the end of Mania.

Out came Charlotte, making the case for why she was the real reason all of this was happening.

The promo was exactly what was needed to kick off Raw, just hours after the mega announcement by WWE on social media that took the WWE Universe by storm.

#5 Becky wins the Beat The Clock Challenge

The promo was followed by a quick "Beat The Clock" Challenge, with the three women, facing off against The Riott Squad in successive singles matches. Ronda tapped out Sarah Logan in 1:25 minutes, which Charlotte failed to best in her match against Ruby. Finally, Becky managed to beat Morgan in record time, to the astonishment of both Charlotte and Ronda.

With Becky being the most popular woman heading into the triple threat match, this was the best route they could have gone for at this point.

#4 Finn Balor is heading to Mania

Balor faced off against Bobby Lashley and his surprise partner, Jinder Mahal in a handicap match, to get a shot at the Intercontinental Title at The Grandest Stage Of Them All.

Balor somehow managed to beat the odds stacked against him and pin Mahal to punch his ticket to WrestleMania 35. The rivalry between Lashley and Balor has been going on for a while and it's set to reach its conclusion at MetLife Stadium on April 7th.

#3 McIntyre puts down Reigns again

McIntyre needs to win at Mania

The two Superstars faced off inside the squared circle, with Roman Reigns finally accepting McIntyre's challenge. Reigns proceeded to attack Drew for mentioning his family.

The tables soon turned after The Scottish Psychopath hit Reigns with a low blow. He smirked at Reigns from the ramp as The Big Dog struggled to get up on his own. McIntyre needs to be kept strong going into the match, and him leaving out on top was the right decision.

#2 Beth Phoenix and Natalya stand tall

Phoenix is on for Mania

After falling prey to several sneak attacks by Nia Jax and Tamina over the course of the past few weeks, Beth Phoenix held their own inside the ring this time.

Sasha Banks vs Natalya didn't reach a decisive finish, as Nia and Tamina struck again, attacking the two teams. This time though, Natalya and Beth Phoenix stood tall in the end, celebrating The Hart Foundation's induction amidst a sea of cheers.

#1 Seth Rollins' heartfelt promo

Rollins stated how Superstars and legends like The Undertaker, John Cena and many more have inspired people. Seth added that Brock Lesnar and he are not cut from the same cloth. Brock Lesnar does anything but inspire people. Seth Rollins went on to say that he vows to bring back the Universal title and that this match isn't Brock Lesnar vs Rollins alone.

The Architect stated how the Universal Title match at WrestleMania will be Lesnar vs Rollins and The WWE Universe. Rollins' promo has just given this match a big-time feel!
