The WWE RAW tag team division is in serious need of some new players, but it will not happen in the form of Sheamus and Drew McIntyre.
Both men are seasoned players, and they can obviously work together to put on fantastic matches. But at the same time, Drew McIntyre is too far up the WWE RAW totem pole to slide down the ranks and join the tag team division. And the fact that this angle is already happening with Asuka on WWE RAW, where the women's Champion is also in the tag team division further negates this possibility.
Sheamus and Cesaro were one of the best tag teams of the modern era, and the same is true for Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler too, who had fantastic chemistry during their heyday. But this is a whole new situation. Sheamus should turn on Drew McIntyre because there is no long-term benefit of keeping them together, to be honest.
