Many believe that Ricochet is clearly the favorite to win the WWE King of the Ring tournament. Some others believe that Drew McIntyre is the clear favorite and whatever the case may be, it is clear that when these two men clash in the very first round, a certain section of the audience is guaranteed to be very disappointed indeed.

I would say that there are more people clamoring for McIntyre right now than Ricochet, which is why I think that if Ricochet were to pin McIntyre, it would be seen as a massive upset. Ricochet has achieved a lot more than we assumed we would when he first came to WWE while some may argue that McIntyre has not really lived up to the potential he's capable of.

Could a loss in the very first round spur McIntyre down a path of rage where he takes apart everything in his path? Where he finally becomes the Drew McIntyre we wanted him to be from the day that he got called up from NXT?

I think that we could certainly be on the verge of something great emerging from this very tournament.
