Last week, much to the delight of the crowd at a Live Event in Rochester, Luke Harper made his official comeback from injury, to return into the thick of things again. If Harper's comeback comes before WrestleMania, I can totally see him in the Intercontinental Championship picture against Lashley.
Because Rowan is doing his own thing with Daniel Bryan right now, I think it's safe to assume that the Bludgeon Brothers are no more right now. I don't even think that an alliance with Bray Wyatt makes sense at this particular point in time.

Rowan needs to branch out on his own and establish himself as his own man. Much like Braun Strowman did, although I doubt he can become as big a star.
But I can see Luke Harper remain an important player in the mid-card, going forward, strengthening the Intercontinental Championship picture.
