RAW ends with a controversy, The Rock debut video and more

WWE might have got it all wrong

– RAW this week had all sorts of things going for it. While the segment with the Undertaker and Kane against the druids and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship matches were great, RAW may have made a mistake with Paige’s promo.

RAW was scheduled to end with the contract signing for the Divas Championship at the Survivor Series between Paige and the current Divas Champion Charlotte. Paige and Charlotte ended up brawling, which is a norm when it comes to contract signings.

The thing which caused the controversy was the part of the promo delivered by Paige, that featured a not so pleasing mention of Charlotte’s late brother Reid. The person who was most hurt, and rightfully so was Charlotte’s mother and Ric Flair’s wife Elizabeth.

Elizabeth displayed her angst on twitter and said that the WWE were looking for some cheap heat. Elizabeth tagged Vince McMahon, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon and said that the part of the promo was cruel and depressing. Here is the tweet by Elizabeth Fliehr.

– Kevin Owens has been the called the Prize Fighter recently and he very well lives up to the tag. Owens who uses twitter to bash fans, celebrities and wrestlers alike was on the receiving end this time around.

TV actress Melissa Joan Hart the posted a tweet saying Owens was lazy and needed to work more. This brought out a smart comeback from Owens who subsequently blocked her. These are the series of tweets posted by Owens and Joan Hart.
