#1. Will we get an explanation for the trainwreck main event?

The Hell in a Cell 2019 main event was marred by controversy. It's possible that the reception of the entire PPV went down due to the finish of the show. Had it been a satisfying conclusion, then the overall PPV would likely have been praised, or people just wouldn't be as harsh as they are being right now (deservedly so, however).
The match itself proved to be quite the shocker since The Fiend Bray Wyatt proved to be near-invincible. He ate 11 curb stomps and even a pedigree and was able to kick out at just two. Moreover, he had a chair shot to the head, a chair shot to a ladder on his head, a toolbox against the ladder on his head and finally, a sledgehammer to the head on the ladder.

Despite all of this, he ended up getting the last laugh. However, the referee's decision to call a No Contest to a No DQ match was met with a very harsh response. In actuality, it made no sense whatsoever. Not that we haven't seen No Contests inside the Cell before (last year's finish was also a No contest), but something about this was off.
Will Seth Rollins & The Fiend's feud continue? Or will we see Rollins get a new challenger?
