#19 Shinsuke Nakamura

The 2018 Royal Rumble winner has fallen quite a lot since that incredible night. As the current IC Champion, Nakamura is all tied up in another storyline.

#18 John Morrison

Wouldn't it be cool to see him parkour his way to victory at Royal Rumble? However, as mentioned earlier, Morrison is already tied up in a story alongside The Miz.

#17 Rey Mysterio

He would make for a compelling underdog winner, but we already saw Mysterio take on Brock Lesnar. It is safe to say that a repeat of 2006 is not on the cards.

A victory at the Rumble could kickstart his rise back to the main event scene, but AJ seems perfect in his current role just below the world title picture. Also, his feud with Randy Orton seems to be continuing.
