There is a way for Roman Reigns to go to WrestleMania without winning the Royal Rumble, which makes this as big of a possibility. Drew McIntyre looks likely to be the man who will challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 36.

This would be an inspired decision for so many reasons. McIntyre would make an amazing babyface. He does have as much of a chance to win the Royal Rumble, as Shinsuke Nakamura had in 2018.

The fire and momentum that the Scottish Terminator has garnered in recent weeks have been tremendous. He knows how to control the crowd to perfection, thanks to a lot of experience.

The fact that McIntyre has never played a good guy on the main roster until now, only makes the future more exciting. He would be a popular winner for sure, more so than Roman Reigns.

WWE will surely gauge this and make a decision. The Scotsman has gotten quite a lot of time on the microphone so far this year, so it bodes well for this Sunday. A star could be born in the Royal Rumble. Hopefully, WWE pulls the trigger on Drew
