Vince Mcmahon breaks silence on Paul Heyman's firing
Paul Heyman was fired from his position as the WWE RAW Executive Director's position few weeks back. Reports suggested that Vince McMahon was unhappy with the way things were being handled and some even suggested that the low viewership numbers were the reasons for his firing.
The WWE Chairman has not made a single comment on the issue but has now stated that Heyman did a very good job in terms of creativity. However, this slyly hints that there were issues backstage that were now handled well by Heyman.
"As far as Paul Heyman's concerned, he did a very good job in terms of creativity."
Vince McMahon added that the plan now is to make Monday Night RAW and WWE SmackDown more youthful. He said:
"That was a lot. I think some of those are new. It's something that's new, and what have you, and it's up to us to make RAW and SmackDown feel more youthful. That is where we're going."
"As far as Paul Levesque helping out on RAW and SmackDown, that happens. It's 'all hands on deck' in terms of all that we do."
