WWE Rumours: Final member of Raw's Survivor Series men's tag team accidentally revealed as Sami Zayn
While there is a big question mark over who the fifth member of Team Raw in the men’s Survivor Series tag team match will be, an image circulating on social media allegedly has the answer. According to the image, the man is none other than former NXT champion Sami Zayn.
Some of the fans have been claiming that WWE.com had accidentally revealed that Zayn will take part in the 5-on-5 traditional tag team match as part of Team Raw. To support their claim, they have posted screenshots of the WWE’s official website showing the superstar’s face popping just behind Chris Jericho’s.
However, things are different on WWE.com as the promotional image for the match still shows only 9 WWE superstars while the 10th slot is still blank. There is a high possibility that the pictures circulating on social media are morphed and is just a case of fans speculating about the 5th member of the Raw team.
But it is difficult to rule out the chances of Sami Zayn actually being included in Team Raw. After all, he was the last man to be eliminated by Braun Strowman in the Battle Royal held on this week’s Raw that helped the latter qualify for the Survivor Series 5-on-5 tag team match.
Zayn’s inclusion will only spice up things at the 30th Survivor Series as the men representing the two huge WWE brands, Raw and Smackdown, collide in an elimination tag match. While Raw have Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Roman Reigns and Strowman in their ranks, AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Baron Corbin, Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton will turn up for Smackdown.
The upcoming episode of Raw may help us learn whether or not Sami Zayn will participate for Team Raw in the Survivor Series pay-per-view.
