SmackDown Live has relied heavily on Raw superstars in recent weeks
The Wild Card Rule has seemingly been forgotten over the past few weeks since the term itself wasn't actually mentioned this week on SmackDown Live, but seven superstars still made their way over to The Blue Brand to be part of the show.

Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss have become regular members of the SmackDown roster but took up a spot that could have been used by any of the women in the locker room. The same could be said for Drew McIntyre, who could have been replaced by Elias, who's actually on SmackDown Live.
WWE obviously no longer has a brand split, but the heavy reliance on Raw superstars over the past few weeks has made it so that many of the under-utilized stars in the locker room continue to be overlooked.
