Dean Ambrose and Antonio Cesaro during No Disqualification match

Dean Ambrose vs Antonio Cesaro

The Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose and Antonio Cesaro battled in a rematch from last Monday Night Raw, only this time it was a No Disqualification bout. Ambrose and Cesaro engaged in a match that involved kendo sticks, the ring bell, numerous chairs and finally a distraction from his nemesis Seth Rollins.

Even though Cesaro executed a Superplex onto the pile of steel chairs, Ambrose managed to kick out. Ambrose then surprised Cesaro by rolling him up for the three-count and picking up a victory over the Swiss Superman. Post-match assault regained as Rollins and Cesaro unleashed a 2-on-1 beating on Ambrose that ended with The Swiss Superman’s post-match Neutralizer and the Curb Stomp by Mr. Money in the Bank.

Winner: Dean Ambrose

Paige vs Naomi

Fresh from turning heel on Raw against AJ Lee, Paige faced Naomi in a singles match that saw distraction from her former Funkadactyls member Cameron. The former Divas champion locked in the PTO as Naomi tapped out to the submission hold. After the match, Cameron entered the ring and attacked Naomi, sending her onto the floor outside the ring.

Winner: Paige

Bray Wyatt vs R-Truth

After losing his match against Chris Jericho on Battleground, Bray Wyatt was in action as he faced R-Truth in a one-on-one match on Smackdown. With Eric Rowan and Luke Harper watching from ringside, Bray made a meal out of his opponent by hitting the Sister Abigail on Truth which led to a quick finish to the match. After the match, Bray asked where was Jericho to save Truth when he needed him the most, claiming that Y2J isn’t the saviour but Bray is.

Winner: Bray Wyatt

Roman Reigns delivers a Clothesline to Del Rio

Roman Reigns vs Alberto Del Rio

Then it was time for the main event as the seemingly unstoppable Roman Reigns would go one-on-one with “The Mexican Aristocrat” Alberto Del Rio. Throughout the match, Alberto Del Rio would counter Roman Reigns at every turn, but the powerhouse would still find a way to prevail, battling back against Del Rio and ultimately hitting the Spear on Del Rio en route to picking up the win.
