Jey Uso has been Roman Reigns' lieutenant on WWE SmackDown, protecting him against one and all. However, there have been serious concerns about his health and well-being in recent times, after reports emerged about him, unfortunately, missing the Royal Rumble match.
While we do hope that everything is alright with Jey Uso, maybe WWE doesn't want to risk him in the match. This is why they may decide to replace him with someone like Seth Rollins, whose inclusion will add far more star power to the contest and fire-power to the pay-per-view overall.

Maybe someone like WWE SmackDown star Big E could step into the match as well because many would be rooting for him to win a big match like this one. As of right now, there doesn't seem to be an Intercontinental Championship match at Elimination Chamber and this could be a good way to get him on the card. It wouldn't be the worst idea for him to win the whole thing.
