Bayley won the SmackDown Women's Championship at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, after cashing in her contract on Charlotte Flair, which she won earlier that night. This was the first time Bayley won the Women's title on the blue brand.

This title run has been pretty different for The Hugger, because she's not on RAW anymore, so she's getting more opportunities to prove herself. Moreover, Sasha Banks not being with Bayley is also making a huge difference in her current run as a single's competitor.

Her title reign has been quite intriguing so far. The fans are enjoying the character change Bayley has shown. Bayley is set to defend her title against Ember Moon this Sunday at SummerSlam. There's a possibility that WWE puts the title on The War Goddess. However, this might not be a very smart choice.

Bayley should have a lengthy title reign with the SmackDown Women's Title. She just won it a couple of months ago. In addition, she just had one feud for the title so far, which was with Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. The champ is finally getting the spotlight she could not get as the Women's Champion on RAW.

Besides, Ember Moon doesn't look like she's ready to be the top champion on the blue brand yet. WWE should give her some time to establish herself as a threat on the SmackDown roster. She definitely has the potential to be a top star, but she needs some time to get to that spot. WWE can't just pull the trigger on her all of a sudden.

Bayley is really deserving of a lengthy title reign. Not only can she bring credibility to the title, but she can also give the SmackDown Women's division a much-needed boost.
