Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville collided at SummerSlam, with the loser being forced to walk out of WWE. This was set to be a hair vs hair match but was changed at the last minute so that Deville could take some time away.

The match was also no disqualification which meant that weapons were legal. During the match, Mandy Rose had some trouble setting up the table, and it took Rose a while to be able to put the table in position, but in the end, it wasn't even used.

Later in the match, it appeared as though Rose had forgotten what came next since she delivered a knee to Deville and then went over as if she was going to hit her finisher, but backed up and went on to deliver another knee.

It was perhaps the botchiest match on the SummerSlam card, but given the circumstances, and the fact that this match was changed just days before the show, both women were able to deliver and finish their feud in the best possible way.
