The 2007 Showdown that Undertaker had with Batista was probably his best Survivor Series match.

Both the superstars gave it their everything and it ended up being a blood bath. As the match neared its end, a returning Edge, who was disguised as the cameraman, took out Undertaker with the camera. This helped Batista to get the pin and though the match was designed to put over Batista, WWE had booked it perfectly to protect the Phenom.

Taker went on to have a memorable feud with Edge afterwards and this match went down into the books as one of Undertaker's best performances at the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

#4 The flying entrance

Whenever the names Mick Foley and Undertaker are used in one sentence, the first thing that comes into our mind is the legendary Hell in a Cell match and rightfully so.

However, there is another match between Undertaker and Foley that is equally memorable. The bout happened at the 1996 Survivor Series and apart from being a solid bout between two great performers, it showcased one of the most creative entrances from the Undertaker.

Taker descended from above like a bat and it was a spectacle to say the least. Undertaker did walk away with the win, but the fans remember the entrance more than what happened in the match.

#3 Nightmare of Randy Orton

The 2005 Survivor Series had a great main event in the form of Team SmackDown vs.Team Raw traditional elimination match.

Team Raw consisted of Batista, JBL, Rey Mysterio, Bobby Lashley and Randy Orton when SmackDown boasted the likes of Shawn Michaels, Kane, Big Show, Carlito and Chris Masters.

After a solid match, Orton ended up being the lone survivor. Orton had a full blown celebration after the match, but it was short lived when the druids came out with a casket. The casket was soon in flames after being struck by a lightning and out of the flaming casket came The Undertaker.

Taker cleaned up the ring and it was one of the most memorable returns in the history of Survivor Series.

The 1991 edition of Survivor Series will always be a special one for the Undertaker.

It was the pay-per-view that marked the beginning of his journey towards superstardom. Taker made his debut back in 1990 and just a year later, he was at Survivor Series in a WWE Championship match against none other than Hulk Hogan.

Hogan was 'the' guy back then and no one had put their money on Taker. However, with some help from the Nature Boy Ric Flair, Undertaker managed to defeat Hogan and win the WWE championship for the first time.

Defeating Hogan at a major show helped Undertaker cement his place in the roster and he hasn’t looked back ever since.

He was introduced as the mystery partner of Ted DiBiase's team and Taker immediately made an impression with his entrance and persona.

He eliminated Koko B Ware in no time and then went on to eliminate the legendary Dusty Rhodes. The debut came to an abrupt end when Taker was counted out for brawling outside the ring. Despite the ending, Undertaker made his mark through the match and the fans fell in love with the gimmick that ruled the WWE scene for many years.
