A major WWE Superstar has taken a personal shot at CM Punk during a recent live event in the United Kingdom. CM Punk is currently out with a torn tricep suffered during the Men's Royal Rumble match in January.

Drew McIntyre has been in a bitter rivalry with the controversial star for months and it got even more personal at WrestleMania XL. McIntyre captured the World Heavyweight Championship but his title reign was over minutes later. He approached Punk on commentary and started taunting the veteran. The former AEW star tripped Scotsman up and bashed him over the head with his cast.

Damian Priest then took the opportunity to cash in his Money in the Bank contract to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. The Scottish Warrior appeared at a WWE live event in Birmingham and the crowd chanted "CM Punk".

McIntyre responded by taking another shot at the injured star. He noted that even if Punk were healthy, he wouldn't bother making the trip to the United Kingdom.

WWE star reveals he has patched things up with CM Punk

WWE SmackDown announcer Corey Graves has disclosed that he has worked out his issues with CM Punk and the two are friends once again.

Speaking with legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Graves revealed that his problems with the former AEW star are a thing of the past. He shared that the two talked ahead of Royal Rumble 2024 and put their issues behind them.

"I am proud to report that it's all water under the bridge. Actually, at the Royal Rumble, I finally had a chance in person [to talk]. I bumped into him [CM Punk] briefly the night of Survivor Series backstage, but it was chaotic. He had just come back. Everything was at 11 at the moment. The day of the Royal Rumble at Tropicana Field, I actually got to pull him aside for a few minutes, and we cleared the air, [and] had a nice long chat," said Graves. [From 05:31 - 05:54]
