"I tried to convert them" - AEW star confesses he's not a fan of House of Black

AEW Dynasty is almost here, and The House of Black is looking to make a statement. The trio of Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews will take on the unlikely team of Adam Copeland, Eddie Kingston, and Mark Briscoe at the pay-per-view tomorrow night.

Mark Briscoe is the current ROH World Champion and has some bad blood with the members of Malakai Black's stable. The two sides have been feuding since February, and they'll look to settle the score in a six-man tag team match on April 21 in St. Louis.

Mark Briscoe was a guest on Busted Open Radio last night, and he discussed his rivalry with The House of Black. He said:

"I just don’t really agree with — I mean, they’re just too evil for me. You know what I’m saying? They too evil. I’m trying to fight the good fight. They just got too much evil, too many evil bones in their body. So I tried to convert them but if I can’t convert them, I guess I have to destroy them," said Briscoe.

The ROH World Champion has a tough fight ahead of him, but with The Mad King and The Rated-R Superstar on his side, he thinks the match tomorrow night will be violent and entertaining:

"I have no other choice. But now I got Adam Copeland and Eddie Kingston. So we have a hell of a trio, a hell of a combination. And I think, if nothing else, I think it’s gonna be violent. So that’s always good. That’s always entertaining." [H/T WrestleZone]
