With the spoilers of Black Clover chapter 359 out, mangaka Yuki Tabata has finally brought Noelle on par with Asta and Yuno's level as she got an interesting new power-up. While fans were happy at just having Noelle come back to the manga, the mangaka decided to treat the fans and gave her a power-up on her return as well.
The previous chapter saw Mereoleona fighting Morris with all her might. However, when she seemed to be losing the battle, her brigade members came to shield her by sacrificing themselves. In response, Mereoleona prepared her new ability to burn Morris and herself to ashes to honour her fallen comrades.

Noelle's new Valkyrie armor could be on par with Asta and Yuno in Black Clover chapter 359
While Black Clover chapter 359 is yet to be released officially, fans already believe that Noelle's new power-up - Valkyrie Dress: Dragon Form is on par with Asta and Yuno, and there is good reason behind it.
Firstly, similar to how Asta and Yuno's backstories and abilities were all tied to their strongest forms, i.e., Devil Union and Saint Stage, assimilating the Sea God Leviathan has always been a set-up that mangaka Yuki Tabata has been working on for Noelle.
All of her attacks are based on the Sea Dragon, as she hones enormous strength as a water mage. In addition, when Noelle was fighting the Underwater Temple, the citizens of the temple couldn't stop themselves from mentioning the Sea God. That means Tabata has always tried to build up Noelle for this particular form as a host to the Sea God.
Up until Black Clover chapter 359 spoilers, fans of the series were worried that Noelle must have become significantly weaker after she lost her Saint Stage after she returned Undine to Lolopechika. Even her elder brother Nozel Silva mentioned the same, but Tabata had already prepared for this moment.
If one takes a closer look at the power-up of the three main characters of the series - Asta, Yuno, and Noelle, it seems obvious that Tabata had always planned to make Noelle on par with the other two characters. While previously Asta and Yuno became the hosts to the anti-magic devil Liebe and Wind Spirit Sylph, respectively, Noelle was made the host to Sea God Leviathan in Black Clover chapter 359.
Seeing that all three characters became hosts to celestial beings, it seems only natural for all three of their forms to be on par. The only difference is that Asta now has Zetten ability while Yuno can also use Star Magic, making them slightly edge over Noelle. However, if only the assimilation is to be considered, all three characters should be on the same level.
The same also seems to be evident from the way the three characters were drawn when they were facing an enemy, they needed to surpass in strength. While Asta and Yuno were aiming to take down Lucius Zogratis, Noelle is aiming to take down her Paladin mother in Black Clover chapter 359.
There also remains the possibility that Noelle's assimilation form is stronger than Asta and Yuno's forms, given how big and strong Leviathan seems in comparison to Sylph and Liebe. However, fans will have to wait until the next chapter is released to learn more.
