Sword of the Demon Hunter episode 11 diverged from the ending of episode 10, a few years into the future, with Jinya still continuing his profession as a demon-hunting ronin.

Although the rumors about demons had somehow died down in recent times, an ominous new alcohol named Yuki-no-Nagori had entered the market. Eventually, Jinya, along with the rest of his friends, goes to Ofuu's soba shop to commemorate Zenji's promotion.

Apparently, Yuki-no-Kogane had become the most prominent drink in the region, with almost every other person lining up to acquire a bottle of it. Unlike its reputation, its taste ended up being reviling to Jinya, Natsu, Naotsugu, Ofuu, as well as Sadanaga. This made everyone wonder why people were seeking it so vehemently.

Afterwards, Jinya discovered that Yuki-no-Nagori's entry into the market had also come with increased rumors of demon sightings and civil anarchy. This had led to murders and unrest.

Somegorou Akitsu had also learned of the events and had come to Edo to investigate the oddities. Apparently, the ominous alcohol was somehow connected to a blonde and pale woman. The episode consequently ended with Jinya wondering about the foreboding and dread he's feeling, while Suzune makes an appearance near Edo.

Sword of the Demon Hunter episode 12: What to expect?

Sword of the Demon Hunter episode 12 might mark Suzune and Jinya's first encounter, years after the incident in Kadono. Although Jinya's journey had made him into a rather forgiving and understanding individual, it is still possible that a deathmatch between him and Suzune occurs, given the hostility Suzune holds towards humanity.
