He hit a huge home run in Game 3 of the NLDS against the Atlanta Braves. And then went on to hit four home runs in the NLCS against the San Diego Padres.Rhys Hoskins' injury couldn't have come at a worse time for him and the Philadelphia PhilliesWorld Series, Game 5: Houston Astros vs. Philadelphia PhilliesThis was supposed to be a huge year for Rhys Hoskins. He's in the last year of his contract with the Philadelphia Phillies and will be a free agent when the season ends. Now the team has to decide on who they are going to roll out at first base. They could shift Darick Hall, who is slated to be the team's DH, over to the position. They could also move Alec Bohm to first base and employ Edmundo Sosa at third base.Whatever they decide, they are going to have to do it quickly. The Phillies open up against the Texas Rangers on March 30, one week from Thursday. It will be interesting to see how the team manages its lineup without Hoskins. They're still loaded with talent and have the means to win ballgames. Perhaps, Hoskins' injury is only minor, and he'll be back within a reasonable amount of time.
