During his final season in high school, he showcased his skills by recording 37 receptions for 889 yards and scoring 14 touchdowns. His performance earned him All-State and All-Conference honors.

Singer’s college football career began at the University of Arizona, where he played for the Wildcats from 2021 to 2022. As a genuine freshman in 2021, he participated in five games, making 18 receptions for 301 yards. His breakout season came in 2022, where he started 11 of 12 games and led the Pac-12 in receiving yards with 1,105 yards on 66 catches, along with six touchdowns. His performance earned him recognition as an All-Pac-12 second-team selection by the coaches and a first-team selection by the media. Notably, he had four games with over 100 receiving yards, including a career-high of 176 yards against Washington State. In the early 2023 season, Singer entered the transfer portal and subsequently joined the USC Trojans. During his time at USC, he played in five games, recording 12 receptions for 157 yards and three touchdowns. He has been a part of the Utah Utes football program since 2024.
