Miller Moss, born in 2002, is an American football player for the USC Trojans. He started playing college football at USC in 2021. After appearing in just two games in his freshman year, Moss was redshirted by the Trojans. For 2 years, 2022 and 2023, he stayed as a backup to Caleb Williams and appeared in seven games.

Miller Moss is currently a junior at USC in 2024. Miller graduated from his high school a semester early and joined USC in the spring of 2021. Until his sophomore year at USC in 2023, Miller played a total of 12 games for the Trojans as the backup quarterback.

In 2023, Miller was named the Holiday Bowl Offensive MVP and also set the record for most touchdown (TD) passes thrown in a Holiday Bowl (6). Along with that, he also had the most TD passes thrown in a USC bowl game (6), the most TD passes thrown by a USC QB in his first Trojan start (6), and tied the Pac-12 Bowl Game passing TD record (6).

Miller Moss, in his junior year of college at USC, has two years of eligibility left for college football. After spending most of his time as a backup quarterback for the Trojans, Miller will finally see himself as the preferred QB in the 2024 season.

Moss, the record-holder Holiday Bowl Offensive MVP, was selected as the starting quarterback in the 2024 season by coach Lincoln Riley and will have the opportunity to up his stats before his senior year.

Miller Moss completed his bachelor’s degree in Law, History, and Culture with a minor in Business Finance in spring 2023 from the University of Southern California. For his master’s degree, Miller is pursuing a major in social entrepreneurship. Miller’s mother was also a professor in USC’s School of Architecture.

Miller Moss joined the University of Southern California in the spring of 2021. In college, Miller Moss made the 2021 and 2022 Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll with USC.

Miller Moss was born in Mission Hills, Los Angeles, and grew up in Southern California. Miller went to Loyola High School in Los Angeles in 2017 as a freshman. Miller joined Bishop Alemany High in Mission Hills for his sophomore year in 2018. He completed his high school a semester early at Alemany and started college in the spring of 2021.

During his time at Bishop Alemany High School, Miller Moss was Cal-Hi Sports All-State Juniors first team, All-CIF Division 3, Los Angeles Daily News All-SoCal, and Los Angeles Daily News Offensive Player of the Year. He also made the 2020 PrepStar Dream Team and Southern California News Group Fab 15 first team as a senior quarterback.
