#7 - Rashid Khan - Spinner (Afghanistan)

Rashid Khan has been the best player and flagbearer of Afghanistan's cricket ever since he made his debut in 2015. After a great debut IPL season, Rashid proved that his exploits weren't a one-time show and began dominating in the international stage. He is very hard to pick and befuddles batsmen in any sort of pitch.

He has picked up a staggering 118 wickets in just 52 matches averaging an unbelievable 14.47. He has been handy with the bat as well and is turning into more of an all-rounder. He has scored 576 runs. He will be the key player for Afghanistan this World Cup.

#8 - Kagiso Rabada - Fast Bowler (South Africa)

Kagiso Rabada is probably the most deadly bowler for the Proteas, overtaking their legend Dale Steyn. Rabada made his debut shortly after the World Cup and is now their main fast bowler in the team.

He is the No.1 ranked Test Bowler and No. 4 in the ODI Rankings. He has taken 93 wickets with a bowling average of 26.10. He is someone who genuinely instils fear in the hearts of batsmen and his presence might give South Africa the chance to win their maiden title.

#9 - Kuldeep Yadav - Spinner (India)

Kuldeep Yadav is one of the rare breed of spinners, left arm chinaman and India are certainly lucky to have him. In the 33 matches Kuldeep has played, he has picked up 66 wickets and has bowled with great control, deception of the highest quality. Kuldeep has befuddled many top batsmen and his performance in England in the ODI series in 2018 illustrates his ability to perform there, which will be key to India's outcomes.

#10 - Mustafizur Rahman ( Bangladesh) and #11 - Jasprit Bumrah (India) - Fast Bowlers

Mustafizur Rahman made his debut after the World Cup in 2015 and impressed everyone especially with his lethal yorkers. He has been Bangladesh's main bowler ever since and has been highly consistent for the Tigers.

A highly sought after player in many T20 leagues as well, Mustafizur has 73 wickets from 40 matches with a great bowling average of 20.56. He has been stopped from playing the IPL this year by the BCB asking him to stay fit for the World Cup and this illustrates his importance.

Jasprit Bumrah is the best bowler on this list as he is ranked No. 1 in the ICC Bowlers' Rankings and he is achieved this in just 2 years. A highly-consistent bowler known for his lethal yorkers and accurate death bowling as well as his queer bowling action, Bumrah was a find of the IPL which later surfaced into international cricket as well.

Bumrah has been exceptional in all formats especially in Tests where he picked up 21 wickets recently against Australia in the Test series receiving high praise. He has picked up 78 wickets from 44 matches in ODIs. Bumrah will be the X-Factor for India at the World Cup.
