One of the most stylish batsmen to have played the game, Brian Lara has the record of highest individual Test score and is the only man to score 400 in Test cricket. Lara also has the record of most runs as well as the most hundreds for West Indies. His 34 hundreds have come from 230 innings, at a rate of 6.76 innings per hundred.

He is followed by Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Sir Viv Richards, with 30 and 24 hundreds to their names respectively. Chanderpaul scored at a rate of 9.33 innings per century while Richards had a rate of 7.58 innings per ton.

One of the greatest cricketers from Zimbabwean soil, Andy Flower tops most batting charts of Zimbabwean cricket, including most Test runs and most hundreds for his side. The former wicket-keeper batsman had 12 hundreds to his name. His 12 centuries have come from 112 innings, which is 9.33 innings per hundred.

He is followed by former skipper Brendan Taylor and the Grant Flower with 6 hundreds each. Taylor has a rate of 9.33 innings per hundred while the younger Flower brother has a rate of 12.67 innings per hundred.
