Indian captain Virat Kohli is second on the list with an incredible ODI record. He has 43 centuries in 241 matches at an average of 59.70 and strike rate of 93.20. In addition to his hundreds, Kohli also has 54 half-centuries to his name.

Incredibly, 22 of Kohli’s 43 hundreds have come in successful chases. It's not surprising then that Kohli is renowned as the 'chase master'.

The Indian skipper has scored nine hundreds against West Indies, and eight each against Australia and Sri Lanka.

Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar tops the list of players with most ODI hundreds. In 463 matches, Tendulkar notched up 49 tons.

The Master Blaster amassed a total of 18,426 runs at an average of 44.83 and a strike rate of 86.23. He registered 96 fifties to go with his hundreds.

Tendulkar loved taking on the Aussies. He scored nine one-day tons against Australia, and eight against Sri Lanka.

His highest of 200 not out came against South Africa at Gwalior in February 2010, making him the first batsman in history to score an ODI double hundred.
